Welcome to a series called, The Bible. This series is both podcast and newsletter based. For the newsletter version go to https://TheologyCurator.com/newsletter. Subscribe there and get every text-based version of this ongoing series as they release.
Series: The Bible is a confusing book, without a doubt. There are simple truths that can be easily distilled from the New Testament (God is love, Jesus died to heal the world, we can know God through the Spirit, etc.), but it is ultimately a book that came into being 2,000+ years ago. This series explores the "why," "what," and "how" questions about the Scriptures. This isn’t so we can become filled with more information alone, but so that we can step into our own unique place in the story of God.

Tony Scarcello shares about his new book, Regenerate: Following Jesus after Deconstruction. Kurt Willems wrote the forward, so this is a personal episode you won't want to miss!
Kurt said the following about this book: "In Regenerate, you not only get Tony’s tragically hope-filled story, but you’re invited to encounter the gift of the Jesus he’s discovered under the wrappings of legalism and shame. Tony isn’t only an example of someone following Jesus after deconstruction, but shows us that God is gently calling each of us to be regenerated through our pain, doubts, and questions. I’m so grateful he wrote this book and couldn’t be more excited for you to read it too!"
